Ownership
The airline is owned by Chairman Mr. Bhaban Bhatta a Non-Resident Nepali with various business involvements in Japan. He is also the Chairman of TBI Group of Companies that has business interests in brewery, media, education, apparels and many other fields.

Reconstruction of International Air Transportation is indispensable service in Nepal. Prompt research and plans is to be effectively implement, But with the instability of political situation, Government is unable to take a big decision in this sector. The sector being large enough, foreign aircraft company takes all the benefit holding more than 95% of the business market. Involvement of Nepalese craft leads to the key success and development of the country as a whole.

TBI group, working domestically and internationally in various fields, urges in establishment of international airline "BB Airways". which is derived from "Bhagwan Buddha", name of Shakyamuni, who was born in Nepal and its logo an image of Buddha`s hand.

BB Airways aim to contribute at `Nation of Tourism` which Nepal government desires and work jointly with neighboring countries for improving friendship relations. Non Resident Nepalese Association (NRN) was established in 2003 and is spread in 60 nations, with members around 3 million including students, businessman and families.　NRNA also serves to collect capital fund from members for development in various sector.

Aims of BB Airways meet the objective of establishment of NRNA, and we “BB Airways” are supported by NRN friends. “BB Airways” is now in the process of inauguration of international air transport services.
