Arrival at the Airport
The passengers are requested to arrive at the airport an hour before departure
All customers18 years old and above must present an official photo id before boarding the aircraft. The identification must be valid and not expired. However, foreign nationals may use their valid passport as a form of identification. Any travelers under 18 years of age is not required to show an id.
Check-in and Boarding
To ensure a smooth trip, we advice our passengers to arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes before their scheduled departure time. This policy is necessary to ensure that there is ample time for special assistance, document verification and baggage security procedures.
Baggage Size and weight
All passengers are allowed 15 kgs of free baggage. Excess baggage is chargeable and is specific to each destination.
We promise to do our utmost to ensure that passengers with special needs are accommodated in a safe and comfortable manner. Please contact our counter at the airport or the Air Hostess if on board the aircraft.

Refund and cancellation Policy
Airline seat inventory is a product that is perishable. Once the aircraft has departed, there is no longer an opportunity for us to sell the seat. The ticket you have purchased is usually non-refundable and non-transferable,if you do not call to cancel your reservation prior to departure. However, if we cancel a flight due to uncontrollable circumstances, then your money is refunded. On the other hand, in the event you need to cancel the flight, there is a 10% cancellation fee if canceled one day prior to your scheduled flight or 33 % if canceled up to 1 hr prior to your scheduled flight.
